"I support Item 11 sponsored by Shane Harris the President of the People's Association of Justice Advocates and authored by Supervisor Desmond. AB 379 combats human trafficking and specifically supports children who are trafficked by putting their perpetrators behind bars by increasing criminal penalties they face. San Diego County Supervisors should pass this measure and send a clear message that our children are not for sale".
